Triple Goal is a fresh management agency with a fresh look on how we do business. Our focus is on how to guide the individual athlete through a long career full of opportunities and options.
The athlete is faced with many choices through a long career in football, important choices that directly affect potential opportunities down the line. Playing for the right club, with the right team, under the right coach. It's important that the club fosters athlete growth and emphesizes teamwork.
At Triple Goal we work with the individual to create a strategy that makes sense for their current life situation and work to adjust the strategy as the athlete grows both as a person and as a player. We know that there is a life after football and keep that in mind as we work on long term strategy as well as what may be better in the short term.

Giving back to the community
One of our own goals at Triple Goal is giving back to the community that has provided us with endless opportunity. A projects we're particularly proud of is a football academy for disadvantaged children and teens in Santo Domingo, La Concordia, and Quinide in Ecuador.

Currently pursuing on a bachelor's degree in marketing at BI in Oslo, Norway, Johan is a lifelong sports nut, football player and fan. Has a special place in his heart for A.C. Milan and loves to follow football clubs from around the world.
